After Tuas Link MRT is fully operational and open to the public in Singapore recently as we updated in our previous post, most of the commuters raising this question. Most of the commuters are even curious, if they can walk in Tuas checkpoint to catch cross border buses to Malaysia. As most of you assuming that after allied in Tuas link you can catch cross border bus you are in wrong perception.
As posted in ICA official Facebook page Tuas is vehicular check Point and travellers are not allowed to walk into premises . Now the question is where can we take cross border buses? As you know Singapore transportation system is one of the best transportation system across the globe and always thrive to extend better services , you should believe that security and comfortness are fine balanced . When travellers have cheaper option with more convenient access to travel cross borders , I don’t see any reason why they have to take expensive rides . With this in mind travellers can always take the cross border buses either at Boonlay interchange or at Jurong East interchange to fill your Malaysia trips with more Joy.
